Short version: we reply to you, we keep a record, and that is it.
If you use the contact form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you type into it, together with the date and time and the IP address the request came from. That is all. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use third-party analytics, and the site sets no cookies.
To reply to you, and to keep a record of the enquiry. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Your message is delivered to our own inbox by email and stored on our server in Sydney, Australia. Our email delivery provider processes the message in transit. If your enquiry requires a licensed customs broker, carrier or other provider, we will tell you before passing anything to them.
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the matter you raised and our own record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@aulogistics.au and we will action it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
The site is served over TLS. Submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored on a server we control. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
