What this site is, and the boundaries of what we do.
This site describes advisory and supply chain management services offered by Nuestra Development Pty Ltd trading as AU Logistics. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. Any engagement is governed by the written agreement we sign with you.
AU Logistics is not a licensed customs broker. We do not classify goods for customs purposes, determine customs value, or make or arrange customs entries. Those are acts for a licensed broker, and where an engagement needs one we will name the licensed party and take their determinations as inputs to our work.
We are not the carrier, the freight forwarder, the warehouse operator or the depot licensee unless a written agreement says otherwise. Where a licence or accreditation is required for part of your supply chain, it is held by a party we identify to you.
We do not hold client freight funds.
Case studies describe work delivered by our team, in some instances under other entities within the group. Client and counterparty names are withheld. Figures are historical and specific to the consignment or programme described, and modelled figures are identified as such — a modelled exposure is an estimate built from published rates, not an amount anyone was invoiced. None of it is a forecast of what your programme will cost or save.
Regulatory requirements referred to on this site change. Check the current notice from the issuing body rather than relying on a page. Dangerous goods references are transport classification under the ADG Code, Marine Order 41 and, in New Zealand, the applicable hazardous substances storage regime. They are not customs determinations.
